Be Wary Of White Sugar

 

There are certain food items that are considered to be of less use typically when it comes to providing the goodness to health.

One such food item, which contains no essential nutrient, and has many harmful side effects, is white sugar. It has been known that consumption of white sugar increases the risk of diabetes, obesity and heart disease.

It can harm the functioning of the liver, cause resistance to insulin and also promote unique fat accumulation.

White sugar just provides us with a heavy dose of carbohydrates; the chemicals and toxins that are used make us addicted to it. In today’s scenario, it has become extremely difficult to avoid sugar in our daily food. A mindful eater can substitute the use of white sugar with natural sweeteners of fruits, honey, jaggery, and palm jaggery.
