Italian and Portugal Cheeses – In the third post of our three-part series on Italian and Portugal cheeses we will describe the colour and texture of the following Italian cheeses namely, Alentejo, Azeitao, Coimbra, Cabreiro, Bola and Serra de Estrella cheeses and the following Portual cheeses namely, Robiola, Scamorzo, Casera, Romano, Kashkaval, Parmigiano (Parmigiano Reggiano), Pecorino Romano and Pepato cheeses.
