French Cheeses – Infographic Series #3

In the third blog post on French cheeses we have described how the commonly used French cheese is made and what is the base ingredient for the following cheeses- Saint – Marcellin, Persille des Aravis, Saint Benoit, Petit Suisse, Sainte – Maure, Saint Nectaire, Selles-Sur-Cher, Reblochon, Tingnard, Tomme de Chevre, Saingorlon, Vendome, Coeur a la Crème, Septmoncel, Demi-Suisse and Jura Bleu. The infographic also described the taste and texture of the cheeses.
