FRENCH ALMOND CAKE
- Almond powder 225gm
- Flour 25gm Butter 225gm
- Icing sugar 225gm
- Egg 4nos
- Cinnamon powder 15gm
HOW TO COOK
1.Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius with rack in the middle.
2.Grease and flour a small cake pan.
3.Blend sugar and butter, slowly and smoothly.
4.Continue mixing, adding eggs one at a time.
5.Beat till batter is light and fluffy.
6.Shift in the almond powder & flour.
7.Gently fold into the batter till it is blended well .
8.Spread batter evenly into the mould
9.Bake for about 20 to 25minutes
